How to Change the Job Post Status from Open to Closed?

When you create a job, it will default to draft status. An administrator can create any changes and edit the job. After you've completed editing the job details, an administrator must change the job post status to Openbefore any candidate or applicant can apply for the job.

The following process will help you to change a job post status.

Step 1

Login to OneRecruit.

Step 2

Click Overview.

Step 3

Click the Actionbutton on the right hand side of a job that needs the status to be changed. For example, Program Manager.

Step 4

Click Edit.

Step 5

In the Statussection, there are three buttons: Draft, Openand Closed.

Step 6

Click Closedby tapping the mouse over the name Closed.

You can also use the Automatic Closefeature by setting a deadline. Once you setup the deadline, the job will automatically be Closedon a given date. You can edit the Applicant Deadlineby clicking the icon on the right hand side.

If you want  to post the same job again, you can duplicate a New Job Positionin the Dashboard.
