How to edit screening questions?

Step 1

Login to OneRecruit and go to Overview to edit the job.

Step 2

Click the dropdown Action for the Template. For example, Program Manager.

Step 3

Click Edit.

Step 4

Click Screening Questions.

Questions can be added to every job posting which every applicant must respond to.

Step 5

The screen is divided into two sections, the first section on the left is the Preview section.

The second section on the right is where you can edit each question.

Click on the Add Question button in the Preview section to add a new question.

There are several questions you can add that includes Single Line Text, Checkboxes, Multiple Choice, Dropdown Single Choice and Section.

An example of a posted question is below:

Administrators can edit any questions by typing directly into the box provided.

Step 6

Administrator can choose to make any question a required field. This ensures that the candidate must answer this question before they can proceed with the application.
