How to add an email action to the workflow process?

Administrators can add an email action to the workflow process.  This allows an automated email to be sent as soon as the administrators, hiring managers or recruiters change the status of the candidates from NEW.

Step 1

Go toSettings

ChooseWorkflows

Step 3

Edit the Workflow you want to add a premade email template on.

Step 4

From the Edit WorkflowPopup you will see a list of processes.

Each process can be edited by clickin on the edit button 

Choose the Email Template that should be sent out from the dropdown provided:

Click Saveto continue
