How to Create Email Templates?

With the OneRecruit, the HR team can create email templates for notifying the applicant for shortlisting and rejection letters.

How to create Email Templates?

Step 1

Login to OneRecruit account.

Step 2

Click Settings.

Step 3

Scroll down and click Email Templates.

 

In the Demo account, there are two templates for application rejection but can also add more template that will tell the job applicant to move forward to the next part of the application and is shortlisted.

Step 4

To add an email template, click Add Template.

Step 5

Add the type of email template that should be used in the process of hiring applicants. In this case, Applicant Shortlisted is the email template being created.

After writing the email template, click Save Changes.

The Applicant shortlisted is now added as an email template that can send to a number of applicants.

With this template, there will be less time to create an email for each applicant with their status task and be able to do more important jobs like looking for the perfect applicant.
