Screening questions is a number of questions you can ask the potential candidate in the application form. You can use screening to filter out candidates or to find the candidate with the best match.

For each answer you can assign points. The total sum of points will be calculated according to the candidates answer. 

If a candidate got 10 points out of 20 then it will be shown as 50% in the candidates overview.
