Administrators can delete a process in the workflow. This is to delete an unnecessary stage of the workflow. This is how to do it.Step 1

ChooseWorkflows

Step 3

Edit the Workflow you want to add a premade email template on.

Step 4

From the Edit Workflow Popup you will see a list of processes.

Each process can be edited by clickin on the edit button 

Step 5

To delete a process in the workflow, click the X icon on the right hand side.

Click with the X icon and confirm with OK.

Then click Saveto continue
