How to Configure Fields Setting?
Configure Field Settingsis where an administrator or hiring manager can set specific fields for the candidates application process to be Mandatory, Optionalor Disable.
This is especially useful for fields that are required for the application process.
Step 1
Login to OneRecruit.
Step 2
Click Overview.
Step 3
Choose from your list of job, choose the job that you wish to edit. Click the corresponding Actionbutton from your listing:
For example: Program Manager.
Step 4
Click Edit.
Step 5
Click Configure Fieldsfrom the top navigation tabs

In this section, you can configure what field settings should be MANDATORY, OPTIONAL, or be hidden from the applicant. Please observe local regulations as some questions are unlawful to ask in your country. In this case, click on Disablefor the field settings below.
For example, Diploma / Certificate / Othershould be MANDATORY. Just click the word: MANDATORY.
It is activated when it turns to blue.
Step 7
Click Save Changes.
