How to Use a Unique Email with a Job Listing?

In every job listing,there is a unique email assigned to every job listing. This ensures any applicants or any applicants’ details are directed to the correct job listing.

How to use the unique email address?

Step 1

Login to OneRecruit and click Overview.

Step 2

Click Action for the specific job on the right hand side:

Click Actions dropdown and choose Edit.

Step 4

Click scroll down to see the unique email.

At the bottom part of the page, there is the unique email that is created per job listing.

This email address is created by the system so that each job post has a unique address and will eliminate the clutter caused by unregulated emails from the applicants. This is a great way to organize all emails received by the system and for the hiring team to easily sort out applicants for different positions.
