The workflow process can be renamed. You can do this by following the procedure below:Step 1

Go toSettings

Step 2

ChooseWorkflows

Step 3

Edit the Workflow you want to add a premade email template on.

Step 4

From the Edit Workflow Popup you will see a list of processes.

Each process can be edited by clickin on the edit button 

Step 5

Rename a process in the workflow by click the Edit Icon in the right hand side.

Then save the changes with the new name.
